The Emperor Machine is Andy Meecham, producer extraordinaire and erstwhile member of dance music legends Bizarre Inc., dub disco aficionados Chicken Lips and punk funk dark horses Big Two Hundred. The Emperor Machine is Andy’s most passionate project that sees his fetishism for analogue synthesizers and radiophonic noise spilling out of his studio and into the world.
Recruiting a cast of the finest musicians and visual artists, Meecham has put together an awe inspiring live act that blends his distinctive analogue sound with the fervor and psychedelia of live drums and guitar respectively, plus visuals which animate the sumptuous artwork with which The Emperor Machine has become associated. -DC Recordings
